Over the years I have written prayer poetry at times to express how I feel. I was sharing a prayer poem with a friend and she suggested I put it on the website. It occurred to me to have a section for prayer poems. They come from the heart. I have copied them as I have written them which I have found easy for the eye to read. I have not included commas and each line begins with a capital letter. This is the style I write poetry. My prayer is that they will bring you closer to God and his heart for relationship and the things that matter in the world.
